The #1 Reason Why College is the Biggest Scam Ever
Let's take the computer science major, for example. I'd guess that at least 30 out of 120 credits for a bachelor's degree are gen ed's. And this is very conservative. English, Chemistry, Psych, Art, whatever. These are classes that all will never ever ever be used in my future career. Who gives a flying f*ck what a oxidation-reduction reaction is honestly??? Oh or maybe the different types of rhetoric devices or some sh*t? Just teach me how to code!! And plus these credits are like $300 per credit hour, so this could mean up to $1200 for a 4-credit chem course at a public university. And try $1000+ at a private one. LOL. And all of these courses are required for a degree, a piece of paper that show how "intelligent" you are. Society would be way better off with an alternative to college. People would waste much less time in the long run. I'm only in school cause these employers rely on it more than Demi Lovato relies on autotune. Until next time, F COLLEGE. But to my fellow college students, hang in there, we got this.
